Refund Policy

TEDxTanke is a nonprofit, independently organized event licensed by TED. Funds from ticket sales directly support the cost of the event, including venue, logistics, speaker arrangements, attendee experience, and content production.

1. General Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Transfer Requests

Tickets may be transferred to another individual upon written request at least 72 hours before the event, subject to approval.

3. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation

  • If TEDxTanke is postponed, all tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date.
  • If the event is fully cancelled, refunds (full or partial) may be issued at the organizers’ discretion.

4. No Refund for Line-up or Format Changes

We reserve the right to change venue, speaker line-up, and agenda without liability. These changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

5. Use of Funds

Ticket revenue helps fund the production, logistics, speaker needs, attendee materials, catering, and technical support to deliver a high-quality TEDx experience.
